Privacy

The usual failing of a page like this is that it blurs two unrelated questions into one. They are kept apart below. First, what this website records. Second, and far more consequentially, what the IW7 application stores. Separate companies, separate policies — and only the first of them is written by us.

Part one

This website

Short version

Flat files served over HTTPS. No registration exists, no field awaits your input, no subscription is on offer, and no route exists by which a payment detail could reach us — there is not even an inbox. What little data arrives is never sold. If you came here worried about your money rather than your inbox, part two is the section you want.

What is collected

Three things, none of which identifies you:

Counts, in bulk. How many times a page opened, the country it probably opened in, and whether the screen was a handset or a monitor. That is sufficient to notice one guide being read and another ignored, and insufficient to work out who anybody is. The address behind the country estimate is cut short before storage and discarded shortly after.
Server-side request logs. Ordinary web-server records held by the hosting provider for abuse mitigation, under a retention period set by them rather than us and not something we go digging through.
Local browser state. An accordion you left expanded, a scroll offset. All of it lives on your own device, none of it is transmitted anywhere, and clearing site data removes it.

What is not collected

Since no registration and no input field exist, there is no account, no subscriber list and no stored payment method on this side at all. Advertising cookies are not set. No pixel is shared with a third party. Nothing goes to a data broker. Location resolution stops at the country. Contacts, messages and files on your phone are simply out of reach of a web page. You will not be asked to consent to anything, because nothing is being done that would require it.

Retention

Bulk counts persist for about twenty-four months, in a shape from which no individual could be reconstructed. Provider-side logs are purged within four weeks.

Part two

The IW7 app — the half that matters

Read this half properly — it is where the identity documents and the cash are. The application belongs to another company and operates under an agreement you enter into at registration, inside it. We have no sight of that data whatsoever, cannot describe its storage arrangements, and have no mechanism for erasing any of it for you.

An app of this type holds:

A phone number, plus a hashed password. Because the number is the identifier, control of the number is effectively control of the account — which explains almost every compromise seen in this category. A password held properly is stored in a form the operator itself cannot reverse.
Identity documents. Papers and usually a selfie, submitted once, normally tied to raising withdrawal limits rather than to opening the account.
Where money went. Whichever UPI address, Paytm account or QR channel you nominated, together with amounts, timestamps and success or failure of each transfer. PINs and card numbers remain with the processor; the application never sees them.
Wagering history — worth pausing on here. The ranking board is ordered by betting volume, which means the platform necessarily keeps a running total of what you have staked, per cycle, accurate enough to rank you against everyone else. That is a more detailed behavioural record than a simple win/loss log.
Deposit history and rebate state. A rebate paid per deposit requires a record of every deposit you have made and which route you used.
Technical fingerprints. Which handset, which Android build, which app version, the addresses your sessions originate from, and when you signed in — retained for fraud work.

Before you upload identity documents

IW7 operates without a licence, and the data-protection consequence of that rarely gets mentioned. No supervisory body audits where your documents are stored, how long they persist, or whose hands they fall into if the platform is sold — and no complaints route exists for any of it. Read the in-app policy first. Then make an honest estimate of how much use you will actually get from this app, and decide whether a photograph of your ID is a fair price for it.

Part three

Your rights, minors and revisions

Indian data protection legislation — and its counterparts in other jurisdictions — confers a set of entitlements: access to what is held, rectification of errors, erasure, and restriction of further processing.

Directed at this website, those entitlements encounter almost nothing: no account exists and no record here bears your name. Directed at the application, they are substantial — they extend to the identity file and to the staking history the ranking board is built on. Requests of that kind belong in IW7's support channel, which is both the only party capable of executing one and the only one able to confirm it happened.

Minors

The subject of this site is restricted to adults and nothing on it is written for a younger audience. No data is knowingly retained from anyone under 18, and as a practical matter there is no route by which a minor could supply any: no form exists, no account exists, no inbox exists.

Sites we link to

Any link pointing off this domain — at a payments operator, at Android's reference material, at a support service — delivers you onto infrastructure run by somebody else, under their policy and not this one. Our involvement concludes at the click.

Amendments are reflected by the date shown above. Previous wordings are not retained anywhere; the text in front of you is the operative one.
